2. Complete your order with credit / debit card:

Payment for your order can be made with Visa, Mastercard

The website where your card details are entered is provided by Piraeus. Your card details are encrypted and sent to your card issuer for billing approval. This information is not disclosed to any third party.

Installments can be made exclusively using credit cards, type Visa and Mastercard.

If you choose to pay by credit card you must be present at the receipt of your order with your credit card and ID. In this case the receipt of the order from a third party is not allowed. To pick up from a store, the credit card holder must provide his credit card and ID. For an order that concerns a company, the same applies as well as the card must be corporate.

3. Complete your order with the COD method.

Payment upon receipt of products at your place. The cash on delivery method is valid for Thessaloniki and only within our shipping network. For the rest of Greece, the cash on delivery method is valid only for the purchase of small appliances. If the cash on delivery method does not apply, you can choose between a credit / debit card or by depositing in a bank account.

According to law 4446 / 22-12-2016, the maximum value of an order paid by cash on delivery can not exceed 500 euros including VAT.

* Note: For orders of products with availability status “Upon Order”, you may be asked for a deposit of 20%.

4. Complete your order with payment at the store

Place your order from our website www.climart.gr and pick up the products the next day from the store.

10. Order cancellation

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

  • If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call Climart.gr and we will undertake the cancellation of your order.
  • After receiving the product, call us at 2310847358 or contact us via the contact form explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order. We will serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options.

11. Withdrawal – Return Policy

Goods are always delivered in factory packaging. Otherwise the buyer must refuse the receipt.

The consumer is entitled within fourteen (14) calendar days to return the product to Climart.gr, presenting the purchase receipt and delivering it in its original condition and packaging. The returned product must not have been used, it must be in excellent condition, just like before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, etc.) which should not have any tears or damage and with all the contents of the original packaging (eg instructions for use, etc.).

This right is lost in the event that either the product has been used or there are substantial alterations in the factory packaging.

Returns of products charged by the store.

You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement:

  • In all cases in which other products or substantially different from the ones you ordered were delivered to you through the proven fault of Climart.gr.
  • In all cases where there was a defect in the product.

Returns of products charged by the customer.

You have the right to return the products you bought in cases where for any reason other than the above, you have changed your mind and no longer wish to purchase the product. The return of the products can be done by the customer himself, charged with their shipping costs, after consultation with the staff of the Online Store. In this case the product should be in excellent condition along with all the original documents that accompanied the product and its complete packaging.

In case of return of the products, and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by the store, the refund to the customer will be made in case of payment by credit card, with cancellation of the credit card charge and in case of payment with cash, if the customer had chosen the option “collection from the store”, it will be done by returning his money to him from the store. In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right not to accept the return of the product.

In addition, for all cases the product to be replaced – repair must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. For all the above cases, the products to be replaced-repaired must be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product (agrees the IMEI) and must be in excellent condition , together with all the documents that accompanied the product (eg IAS, Retail Rep. etc.).

In any case, return and replacement is possible under the following conditions:

  1. contact the Online Store the same day or the next working day
  2. in case of change of the product the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days with another or other up to the amount of the price or with an additional price if the product has not been used
  3. the product is accompanied by all the necessary documents, proving the transaction (eg IAS, Retail Rep. etc.)

Order cancellation.

The order can be canceled in the following cases:

  • Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can “back” to your browser and remove the quantities of products from your cart by clicking on the “remove” button.
  • If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 2310847358 and one of our partners will cancel your order.
  • Upon receipt of the product, call us or contact us via the email form on the website, explaining the reason you wish to cancel the order.
  • One of our partners will serve you immediately and will inform you about all your options. In case your order has already been invoiced and you wish to cancel it, then contact the Customer Service Department at 2310847358 and provide the details of your order.

12. Delivery of Order At Your Place

Place your order by 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and Climart.gr sends your order on the same working day. Shipments of orders with destination address within Greece, are done exclusively through ACS. The delivery time of the products depends on the availability time indicated on each product separately. Depending on the product, you will receive at least 1 day, the maximum is usually 10 days in Greece.

14. Order delay

In case you have not received your order within the predetermined shipping time you have seen on the product page, contact us at 2310847358 or via the contact form on the website.

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • The product has been delayed from being shipped by our supplier.

In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of domestic and international suppliers. However, there are cases where an order of ours can be “stuck” at the customs or in its transport, with the result that we do not have it in our warehouses when we calculate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product.

  • The product you ordered is out of stock and not available.

Among the products we present to you in our online store there are rare cases where the manufacturer suddenly and unannounced announces that he is removing them. In this case, a representative of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.

  • Due to extreme weather events or strikes.

In any case, Climart.gr will inform its customers about any delay in the shipment.

15. Price variations

The online store Climart.gr makes every effort to ensure that the information is valid and true. In case it is found that a product has been revalued either due to an unannounced decision of the issuer or due to a technical error, the customer who is entitled to cancel the revalued product is informed directly.

16. Practical Implementation of Directive 11/2013

The European Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform of the European Commission, which allows consumers and traders to resolve their disputes electronically for domestic and cross-border transactions, was launched on Monday 15 February 2016.

It is essentially the creation of an out-of-court dispute resolution method (a kind of “amicable settlement”), in cases where the consumer wants to file a complaint about a consumer good or service he bought online.

The Electronic Dispute Resolution platform is directly linked to the competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies, which undertake the handling of complaints, in order for the resolution to be simpler, faster and less costly compared to going to court. In our country the competent bodies are the Consumer Ombudsman and the Banking – Investment Services Mediator.

The European Commission invites all e-shops to add a reference to the European ADR Agency, which you can find out about through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

17. Delivery Days

Delivery days for orders that include one or more items are from 1 to 5 business days.


In case the customer orders an item that needs assembly then he should contact us in order to receive the necessary instructions on how to serve him.

Inaccessible areas

In inaccessible areas the delivery is not made to the address indicated by the customer but to the nearest address of the partner of the transport network with which we cooperate. Therefore, the customer should pick up the item from the address that we will indicate to him which will be as close as possible depending on the PC that will give us the order. The customer after being notified of the arrival of his order must receive it within 3 working days.
