If you are * inside Thessaloniki, the goods are sent by our own trucks. Delivery days are Monday to Friday and hours 12:00 to 20:00. For orders within Thessaloniki, delivery is also possible on Saturday (by arrangement). By placing your order Monday-Friday, it will be sent to you in 1 to 5 working days from the moment of your order provided that the product is immediately available.

Delivery takes place at the entrance of your home if there is an elevator. For large devices that can not be delivered by elevator (or there is no elevator), the buyer is consulted as there will be a charge depending on the number of devices and the floor on which the delivery will take place. In case this is not possible and the use of a crane is required, the charge is borne by the customer. It is clarified that any damage caused to the device during the transfer from the ground floor to the floor desired by the customer, is borne exclusively by the customer.

Otherwise the delivery will take place on the sidewalk.

  1. By courier

The goods are sent by courier on working days and hours and are not preceded by telephone communication. If the customer wishes the delivery of the goods to be done on Saturday there is an extra charge. In case the courier does not find you, he leaves a notice for you to contact him and arrange a new delivery or for collection from the nearest courier store.

Shipping by courier concerns devices with volumetric weight from 0.5kg to 25kg.

In case you place your order until 15:00 from Monday to Friday, you will receive the product, if it is immediately available, in 1 to 2 working days throughout Greece and in 1 to 4 working days in island and inaccessible areas.

  1. By transport

The shipment of goods for deliveries outside Thessaloniki is done with a transport company which is selected by Climart.gr with a network of coverage of almost the entire geographical area of ​​Greece.

Shipping costs vary depending on the place of shipment and the weight of the goods. The delivery days of the goods are from Monday to Friday based on the schedule followed by each transport company, which communicates by phone with the customer before the delivery of the goods. The goods are shipped in 2 to 3 working days (in the capitals of the Prefectures) from the moment of completion of your order and if the product is immediately available. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport times.

The goods are delivered to the sidewalk of the delivery building.

In case the customer wants the delivery to be made on the floor, he should contact the store himself to be informed about the extra charges that will be incurred.

If the buyer wishes to choose his own transport company with which Climart.gr does not cooperate then in addition to the shipping costs borne by the buyer, there is an additional cost of 5 euros for sending the goods from Climart.gr to the respective transport company to be indicated by the buyer.

The customer is responsible for controlling the products he receives. Upon receipt of the products, he accepts that he received them in intact factory condition. Otherwise he should refuse the receipt and inform us immediately.

After signing the corresponding delivery note, we do NOT bear any responsibility for any damages or damages that may occur.

Also, upon receipt, the transfer of the tested product from the sidewalk to a floor or other place, for any damage, is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

The product has been delayed from being supplied by our supplier: In order to be able to offer you very competitive prices, we order our products from a very wide range of suppliers, either domestic or international. However, there are cases where an order of ours can be “stuck” at the customs or in its transport, with the result that we do not have it in our warehouses when we calculate. In such a case, we will contact you to ask if you want us to deliver your order without this product or to suggest you an alternative. We will send this item to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.

The product you ordered has already been removed and is not available: Among the products we display in our online store there are rare cases where their supplier suddenly and unannounced announces that he is removing them. In this case, an employee of our company will contact you directly to give you all the alternatives.

In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.

In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and / or by e-mail (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because e.g. The information you entered is not properly updated.
