- Strong insulation from Polyurethane (ecological) thickness up to 60mm and density 40.5kgr / m3 for complete thermal insulation.
- Water tank (boiler) made of special steel 1204 V.E. 3mm thick special for glazing.
- Leak test at test pressure up to 15 ATM
- The boiler is internally protected by double successive layers of hard glass (DURO-GLASS) of Bayer Germany & Ferro Holland according to DIN 4753 / 3-5-8 baked at 830 oC. 3
- Horizontal welding of the container internally and externally (one of the unique innovations of Bartec).
- 4,000 Watt electrical resistance, safety thermostat and anode for complete protection.
- Perimeter closed circuit exchanger that covers up to 80% of the length of the water tank for very fast heat transfer.
- Absorbent fins made of blue selective Tinox
- 30mm fiberglass insulation on the back of the collector.
- The crystals used are unbreakable (securite).
